Dr. Krogan uses high-throughput mass spectrometry and genetic approaches to examine interactions of entire proteomes, as well as rigorous computational analyses to evaluate data quality. His lab is focused on generating large-scale quantitative genetic and physical interaction maps in different organisms and have provided insights into key cellular processes. Dr. Krogan directs the HARC Center Mass Spectrometry Core.
